"Rob and I will always remember meeting you at Burrard Street. We had come from this awful place in New Westminster (even the cab driver who drove us to Burrard St when we moved in was appalled!) and met you at the apartment. You were so polite and professional. You took your time to explain everything to us. We could see the apartment was well looked after and it felt so nice after being in such a hovel. We will miss having your management but its time to get our own things in from shipping and make somewhere a home for a while."
